When accessing S.O.S LAUDOS, click "SIGN UP" in the upper right corner and enter your information. Then, log in to the platform.
When you submit the information, you will be directed to the credit purchase tab, where you can choose the best option and payment method.
After accessing the home page, select the Species and then the region to be evaluated, fill in the information, and send the exam images.
Now, just follow the progress of the report on the home page.

Yes, we make reports on all species: (Dog, Cat, Horse, Bovine, Wild, and Non-Conventional), however, the delivery times for the report may be longer depending on the species.
On our platform, we accept DICOM, JPG, and PNG formats, ensuring flexibility and compatibility for sending your files easily and securely.
Yes, our reporting center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet your needs quickly and accurately, at any time.
Yes, we provide reports on contrast-enhanced exams. If you need assistance or have questions about this type of exam, our customer service center is available to provide all the necessary support.
Payment is made through the purchase of credits. You can purchase credits for a specific report or opt for discounted credit packages, ensuring greater savings and flexibility.
The platform operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Brasilia), 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EDT/EST). If the exam is submitted outside these hours and the On-Call or Urgent option is not selected, it will be processed at 7:00 AM EST/EDT the following day.
• If you choose the On-Call service, we guarantee fast service at an additional cost.
• When choosing the Urgent option, your service will be provided within 2 hours, but will also incur an additional cost for this priority.
